A NOTE FROM LAUREL

In a world of comparison and hustle, it's easy to look to other people as we hunt for the magic pill, remedying the difficulties in our life. 

And yet, we are the experts of ourselves.

In coaching sessions with me, I hope to treat you like the expert you are.  

A little about me, I have worked in public school systems for the last 15 years in a range of capacities and now —outside of coaching— lead trainings in trauma, neuroscience, building trust, & creating effective habits. Learning about the brain is life changing, and my coaching certificate comes from the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain Based Coaching Program.

I live in Lyons, Colorado in the summer/fall and Santa Barbara, California in the winter/spring. I currently offer coaching online and in-person on walks; office in-person sessions coming soon. Whenever I can, I am gladly outside.

I welcome anyone to my services. I work to question the status quo, believe science is real, and encourage you to love whoever you love. I have my own spiritual practice to ensure my process doesn’t get in the way of yours. I hope to reflect back to you how gorgeous it is to let yourself be the person you are however scary and enlivening.
