What Is Coaching

Coaching is a surprise. Aiming to gain new insight, awareness, and practice, coaching provides a unique opportunity to create a protected bubble of time and space where you can be with your own thoughts and wisdom to see what answers you know you know. I will reflect back to you, nudging questions and clarifications in your direction.

Coaching lasts about three + months, depending on the goal.

  • 1 SESSION : $85

    Start with a free consultation and continue coaching session by session.

  • 6 SESSION SERIES : $480

    After a free consultation, jump in with a 6 pack special for a more economical option.

THERAPY INSTEAD?

There are times when therapy is a better route.

Coaching tends to focus on the present and future. Therapy also focuses on the past and is more appropriate to tackling acute trauma and childhood wounding.

I partner with therapists to create a holistic treatment plan and provide therapy integration. And while coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy.
